Automatic Spray Line

Automatic powder coating facilities are the facility models that contain all the equipment needed for high capacity powder coating processes.

Depending on the available space, capacity and part sizes, equipment layout and thus facility layout may vary.

Generally, it consists of internal rotation, tunnel type powder coating curing oven, filter or cyclone powder coating booth, automatic and manual painting equipment and carrier conveyor system.

It is possible to perform powder coating process semi-automatically with pallet conveyor box type oven and pallet conveyor cabin.

Depending on the desired paint quality, automatic spray surface preparation and drying oven, which can contain different processes, can be included in the system, and surface preparation process can also be made depending on the capacity.
